At Zohan Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:
✅ It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✅ You request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.

📌 Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Provide Proof: Share clear pictures/videos of the product showing the defect or issue.
3️⃣ Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.


3. Refund Process

💰 Refund Method:

  • If the return is approved, you can choose a refund or store credit.
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or the original payment method.

📌 Timeframe: Refunds may take 5-7 business days after product inspection.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you want a replacement, we will send a new item (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you can choose another product or request a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse.
 Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
❌ Products returned without original packaging or tags.


6. Who Covers Return Shipping?

🚚 If the mistake is ours (wrong, defective, or damaged item): We will cover the return shipping cost.
🚚 If you change your mind: You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
